The growth and flow of a large number of labor population are also related to the lights of thousands of homes and social stability.At present, we must think systematically about the source, training and development of skilled workers from the top-level design.The stone of another mountain can attack jade.Some countries with developed manufacturing and vocational education provide multiple “backflow” routes while diverting students earlier.For example, in Singapore, students have to go through “diversion” when they graduate from primary school and junior middle school, which strengthens the position of vocational education as post-secondary education and ensures the quantity and quality of students in vocational education.Teaching students in accordance with their characteristics, minimizing the dropout rate and waste of human resources, has also strongly supported the economic transformation of host countries.At present, although China’s economic restructuring and upgrading demand for highly skilled personnel increased, but enterprises still face the problem of “recruitment difficulties”.In the survey of some colleges and universities that the author participated in in the past two years, it can be found that only about 30% of students majoring in manufacturing work in manufacturing enterprises after graduation.Of the 100 most underemployed occupations released by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in February, 43 were in manufacturing-related occupations, a phenomenon that has persisted since the ranking was released in the third quarter of 2019.At present, China’s skilled workers lack, its main supply should still be secondary vocational education.Of course, the level of economic development and talent needs of different regions, to a certain extent, reasonable planning of the proportion of general employment.In addition, we should pay more attention to how to train students and their development and motivation.After the diversion of training quality and development channels and other problems are solved, not only can avoid “one examination for life”, the anxiety, stratification and other problems brought by it are also easily solved.If we can accelerate the diversified development of education, give children more opportunities to teach according to their aptitude, the separation will become the “independent choice” based on the characteristics of students rather than the “secondary choice” after being eliminated, and it will truly realize the “equal importance” of the general post.This is related to another question: what kind of talents should vocational education cultivate?According to the relevant research that the author participated in, after the transformation and upgrading, the new production conditions require employees to have at least two aspects of ability: first, on the basis of mastering specialized skills, they have certain comprehensive ability to identify and solve systemic problems independently;Secondly, I can better adapt to the uncertain working environment and content, and have the ability of continuous learning and development.In other words, industrial transformation and upgrading needs specialized talents whose knowledge orientation and ability structure should meet diversified job requirements.This ability no longer belongs to a certain occupation, but the common foundation of many occupations.
